The Fred Factor by Mark SanbornAre you a Fred?  In every interaction I strive to be.  In The Fred Factor, Mark Sanborn crafted a delightful book on an aspect of world-class customer service that is most often overlooked; the little things that make an exceptional difference.  I listened to this audiobook on my drive to Raliegh, NC in preparation for a training class.  The words rang clear in my head and I could imagine lessons from my earlier years coming to life with each passing chapter.  My mother taught me many of these sound lessons as a boy as well as the teachings of the Bible. 

This book is rooted in customer service, but it’s applications are sound for how one should live everyday.   I’d recommend reading The Fred Factor to anyone that needs a refresher on the right things to do in your everyday encounters to yield exponential results from those around you.Â
