I'm trying to kill you!

When I heard Shaun T say that he was trying to kill me in the first workout for month two of INSANITY, I did get a little scared for what was about to come next. Did it kick my butt, YES! I literally thought I was going to pass out right on the floor from the intensity of that first workout. Nevermind that I was just a tad sick from a lingering cold and deheydrated as well from not taking in as much water as I should. I felt the effects of workout and couldn't get through it without resting several times each interval. BUT, I'm excited about it and would not want to go back to month one.

Already on day two of month one and I pushed my way through it. The biggest concern I have now is maintaining and gaining this lean muscle. I'm a fat burning machine right now and I don't want to just be skin a bones. My core is getting close to rock hard, but still needs some toning. I feel strong, a lot more energized throughout the day and overall just more fit.

Honestly, I believe that I've achieved what I set out to do in 60 days by the end of day 30 with INSANITY. Now it's about taking it to the next level and also helping others. So while Shaun T is trying to kill me, I encourage anyone to talk to me how I can do the same for you. Whether that be through the research needed to select the right type of program, supplements, nutrition planning or just motivation to get off your ass and get it into gear. I'm an email away.

My family has caught the bug as well...it'll be nice to have us all insane someday.
