Happy Healthy New Year!
I've started off the new year with Plyometric Circuit training and killed it. My son watched me half way through the workout and says he wants to workout like that when we becomes an adult. Yeah! One of my friends asked if the routines are starting to get easier as you go on...now I can say yes. I can feel myself being able to push harder and longer. You quickly remember the breaking points and I'm moving past them. I don't need as much water as I used to a few weeks back, but it's still really tough.
