Max Interval Training with Insanity

My first week is in the books with doing the Max training for the INSANITY program. Is it harder, YES. I felt like I almost wouldn't make it but I did. Actually I don't see myself ever going back to the first month workouts because these are now what I'm striving to conquer. 

The more I tell people about this program and now that I'm coaching others, the more I learn about how many people are also interested. I'm going to post some shots that show my progress and soon a video of a workout from the second month. If you want to join me in this craziness let's go!

Finally, I'm going a Shakeology body clean today. What is that you ask? I'm taking three doses of Shakeology for breakfast, lunch and dinner. My other two meals will be fruit and a nutrition bar. Doing a Shakeology body clean once in a while is good to improve digestion and regularity. It can also help jump-start weight loss and re-energize you if you need an extra boost.
