OMG! This is tough. Ok here we go, my first fit test results were:
1. Switch Kicks: 58
2. Power Jacks: 55
3. Power Knees: 87
4. Power Jumps: 31
5. Globe Jumps: 7
6. Suicide Jumps: 10
7. Push-up Jacks: 21
8. Low Plank Oblique: 40
