Routines...Keep Focused
I was able to hit it hard again today, but the effects of yesterday's workout is still upon me. Tired and hungry is where I'm at right about now.
I slipped yesterday as well and had some fast food. Lil Chinese cuisine while shopping. It wasn't even really that good so it made it better for me because I didn't eat much. Still had my water though.
For the record, I hate these power drills, ski abs and in and out abs. Hate em. Dropped down face first in a pool of my own sweat today right after doing a set of them, argggggg! Alright enough bitching Nick, man up. This training should get me ready for this century bike ride I want to do. Maybe, maybe.
Rest day and Kung Fu tomorrow. Yes!
