Kill me cardio...Done!
What an interesting day. I had to workout very early this morning just to fit it into my schedule. Up at 4am to do some crazy insane cardio, then quick rest for fifteen minutes then back at it to get ready for work. I had to wake up early to buy the donuts and participate in Donut Club. Yep, donuts. It was my turn to bring the tasty sweet calorie gloated little gems into the office for the club. We gulp these bad boys down every week on Friday from only premier donut shops in the area.
I decided to still have a small donut and to stay in the group. I was planning to quit but it's a good time to unwind with my team and to network. One donut isn't going to kill me, but those cardio exercises actually can.
Drinking a recovery formula now and I believe it's helping me. Still sweating hard, working hard and pushing the limits each day but I feel stronger. My pants are a little loose right now and I've lost over 10lbs already since Thanksgiving.
By the end of January I'm planning to wash my clothes on my stomach like I used to be able to do.
Finally congrats to my son and wife on their advancements in Kung Fu. We are all kicking butt, learning to balance mind and body, while strengthening our form. I also advanced as well and plan to kick it up a notch now that I'm more in shape.
Holidays are fast approaching. I'm worried that I won't be able to keep up with all the travel and food on display. I'm praying I keep it together.
