Setup for success...

Although this is a recovery workout day, these exercises and stretches are still a killer. Really though, I appreciate the break but I'm still struggling to hold these stances. It'll get better though because I'm setting myself up for success. By not slacking on the schedule, the nutrition plan and minimizing mistakes the chances of success are much greater. It's not a new concept but can be difficult to keep up.
