Traveling with Insanity
On this lovely Christmas Eve I'm still down for the cause and got my insane workout on through a few obstacles. It's pretty easy to just skip the program over the holidays or slip up face forward onto a pile of good food. I've chosen to fight the good fight.
Hit it hard today with Plyometric Cardio at an average heart rate of 152 BPM and a max of 180 BPM. The scale says I'm down another few pounds to 163. My target is about 155 and at this rate it's very doable by the end of the program. Once I hit it, I'll be keenly focused muscle toning and strength.
