Tough and steady into a new lifestyle
I'm learning that making a change to a healthier lifestyle is difficult but very attainable. It takes diligent studies and ardent practice in the areas of your life that can sometimes be the most difficult to change. It may require you to shift the actions of others around you. This diligence has the potential to flow directly into other portions of your life that need the same level of balance and motivation. Being healthy is not only about the physical self, it's also about your social, financial, spiritual, community well-being.
While on the midst of this afternoon's pure Cardio and abs workout I realized that all aspects are very important. You must sweat in all areas at some point to make true gains in your whole well being.
Ahhhhhhh....
