Knowing Your Routine
Previously I mentioned that the little secret to weight loss is really not a secret at all. You simply must understand your activity level and nutritional calorie (Kcal) intake and not eat more than that. Honestly you don't have to workout to loose weight but doing so promotes a more sustained program while building energy and strength. Working out will increase your metabolism and give you a better shot at achieving your goals.
I've taken the liberty to log an actual work day at Target HQ. We have a heavy meeting culture with lots of running around through elevators and stairs. Yesterday was an average day and I worked off 2500 Kcals by around 6pm. This doesn't include the Pure Cardio and Cardio Abs workout I did yesterday. Whoa! Shocker to me that I burn that much at work. Understanding this though allows me to adjust my nutritional intake to a level that supports my goals.
You should do the same.
Finished up with Plyometric Circuit today with a workout partner, my wife. Whoot! Whoot! She did great, pushed a little too hard too fast but great! Very proud!
On to the recovery week, Core Cardio and Balance. Then it gets even harder.
