Getting through this workout
I just finished up with max Interval Circuit and I'm feeling good about the results. My break pouts have shifted to deeper in the workout. At the end today I didn't completed fall out on the floor and was able to stand quickly afterward. That's progress. My core is tight bit not as tight as I want it to be. I can't wait for the Insane Abs workout again and just may throw it in later today if I have time.
Several people have joined in and are now doing either Insanity or P90X. I'm excited that I've personally inspired a few people. That helps to keep me motivated. This is not easy. I also got P90X now as well and will shift to a hybrid mode once I'm an Insanity Graduate. Then I'll be able to Dig Deeper and Bring it!
