Layering it on...getting insane abs
I'm starting to layer it on with the Insane Abs workouts. I'll be doing these now every other day in addition to the regular routine. There is no reason why I can't get them to be rock solid by the end of February. That's my new goal.
P90X should help out with the muscle growth come February as well. Looking forward to the process.
