Max Interval Sports Training kicked my butt good
This training hurt so good, oh my! Football, basketball, gymnastics, track and field, boxing; what a workout. It's part of the deluxe version of Insanity and I can't wait to do it again. I'd like to add some Kung Fu Wushu moves in the training as well, very fun. I'm glad I had a rest day afterwards.
I'm a little concerned for tomorrow though because I'm sick again and my fit test is tomorrow. Bad timing, but I'm going to do it anyway. I'll sweat it out.
