Natalia...one big heart
My youngest daughter Natalia Bryn, born September 4, 2012, started life with a congenial heart defect tricuspid atresia. After now completing her second major heart surgery we are all home together. The experience has been humbling to say the least. In this short period of time I've learned to appreciate each breathe that God provides and have a renewed strength on what I should be able to handle. Having the will to continue to lead during times of extreme trials is difficult without a solid foundation. I am thankful and grateful for the support structure in my life that affords the next step forward for my family.
“Life has a way of presenting obstacles which may seem insurmountable. You will never mount the challenge though with your head down.”
You may have something that you are dealing with today or will deal with tomorrow. Take each day in stride and cherish what you have. Remember that you can overcome what may seem impossible, if you are willing to never stop trying.
I thank each of my children for the lessons that they teach me at every interaction.
